relaxing body scrub

Does your skin need relax and a soothing effect? Here is a homemade body scrub that might be helpful. Let us prepare it!

What we need:

  • Macadamia oil: 30 gr
  • Argan oil: 10 gr
  • Shea butter: 5 gr
  • Almond flour: 5 gr
  • Lavender essential oil: 15 drops

How to prepare it:

Mix the macadamia oil with argan oil and shea butter. Then add the almond flour, the lavender essential oil and mix well.

How to use it:

Apply the scrub to wet skin and massage with circular movements. Rinse with warm water.

Lavender has soothing properties on the skin; while its essence, inspired, has a relaxing effect.

Important: this recipe does not contain preservatives, so I advise you not to exceed the doses. Prepare the strictly necessary amount from time to time. Otherwise, a preservative, such as vitamin E, should be added to the mixture.
